This Policy governs the dispatch and delivery of all creations acquired from Diamora Jewelers ("Diamora," "we," "our," "us"). For replacements and cancellations, please refer to our Cancellation & Exchange Policy, which is the authoritative document on those matters.
1. Crafting & Delivery Timelines
Every Diamora creation is custom-made specifically for you. Production time may vary with the design and the craftsmanship it demands because true craftsmanship cannot be hurried, and yours will not be.
- Crafting: Typically 2 to 4 weeks, according to the nature of your design. Your timeline is confirmed the moment your order is placed and should the atelier require longer, our Client Concierge will tell you before you need to ask.
- Dispatch: Your completed piece is dispatched within 1–2 business days of passing its final examination.
- Transit: Deliveries within India ordinarily arrive within 2–7 business days of dispatch, according to destination.
- Timelines may extend during festive seasons or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; you will always be the first to know.
2. Where We Deliver
- Diamora currently delivers within India. If you are writing to us from beyond, our Client Concierge would be pleased to hear from you private arrangements can at times be made.
- Shipping is complimentary on every order. The journey of your piece to you is our privilege, never your expense.
- All orders are prepaid; cash on delivery is not offered.
3. The Diamora Guarantee & Your Piece in Transit
- Until the moment your piece leaves our atelier, it stands under Diamora's own guarantee — examined, verified, and sealed in perfect condition before it begins its journey to you.
- From dispatch until it reaches your hands, your piece travels under the in-transit insurance of our secure logistics partners — specialists in the carriage of precious goods. This protection accompanies every shipment, without exception or value threshold.
- In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, Diamora coordinates the claim with the carrier on your behalf. Upon confirmation, an identical piece is crafted for you — or, where replacement is not reasonably possible, a full refund is made. You will never be left to deal with a logistics company alone; that is our task, not yours.
- Title in the piece passes to you upon delivery against payment received in full.
4. The Secure Delivery Protocol
Your piece carries significant value, and its delivery is treated accordingly:
- Shipments travel with specialist secure-logistics partners, with real-time tracking shared with you by email and SMS the moment your piece departs.
- Delivery is made against your signature, and valid government photo identification may be requested — a courtesy that ensures your piece reaches no hands but yours.
- Your piece arrives sealed in tamper-evident packaging. We ask that you inspect the outer seal before signing, and record a continuous unboxing video upon opening. This brief ritual protects you — it is the record that resolves any concern in your favour (see our Cancellation & Exchange Policy).
- Delivery is made only to the address confirmed at checkout; for your security, the address cannot be changed after dispatch.
5. Presentation
Your creation arrives in its signature Diamora presentation case, protected within discreet outer packaging that gives no indication of the treasure it holds.
6. Should Anything Be Amiss
- A delayed delivery: If your order has not arrived within 7 days of its estimated date, one message to us is all it takes — an investigation is opened with the carrier at once, and confirmed transit losses are resolved as set out in Section 3.
- A damaged or incorrect delivery: Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your unboxing video and photographs, as set out in the Cancellation & Exchange Policy. Verified claims are resolved by identical replacement — or, where replacement is not possible, refund — at no cost to you.
- A failed delivery: Where delivery fails owing to an incorrect address provided at checkout or repeated unavailability of the recipient, re-dispatch charges may apply.
7. Modifications
Diamora may refine this Policy from time to time. The version published on this page, bearing its "Last Updated" date, applies to your order as at the date of purchase.
