Welcome to Diamora Jewelers. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of diamorajewelers.com (the "Website") and every acquisition made from Diamora Jewelers ("Diamora," "we," "our," "us"). By using the Website or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.
These Terms are read together with our Cancellation & Exchange Policy and our Shipping, Delivery, and Exchange Policy, each of which forms part of your agreement with us. On matters of cancellation, replacement, dispatch, and delivery, those documents are authoritative and prevail over any general statement here.
1. Who We Are
Diamora Jewelers is a fine jewelry house crafting creations in natural diamonds and hallmarked gold. Every piece is made to order, brought into being for one client alone, and examined against our standards before it is permitted to leave the atelier.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and that the information you provide to us is true, complete, and current.
3. Our Materials — The Diamora Standard
This is the promise upon which the house stands, and we make it contractually:
- Natural diamonds, always. Every diamond set in a Diamora creation is a natural diamond. We do not use laboratory-grown diamonds, simulants, or substitutes in any piece, at any price, under any circumstance.
- Hallmarked gold. All gold jewelry is hallmarked in accordance with the standards of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), bearing its unique identification.
The character of handcrafted jewelry, the subtle signatures of the human hand, and the natural individuality of each diamond is not a defect but a distinction, where it falls within the specifications recorded on your certificate and product page.
4. Product Presentation
We take great care that every creation is presented faithfully. Even so, images on the Website are indicative: the rendering of color and scale varies with the screen on which it is viewed, and each handcrafted piece is singular by nature. The specifications recorded on your product page and Certificate of Authenticity are the authoritative description of your piece.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are stated in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. A GST invoice accompanies every order.
- All orders are prepaid through the secure payment methods offered at checkout; cash on delivery is not offered. Your payment details are processed by our payment partners and are never stored by Diamora.
- Prices reflect the nature of fine jewelry and may be revised at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment of confirmation.
- Pricing errors. In the rare event a piece is listed at a manifestly incorrect price due to a technical or clerical error, Diamora reserves the right to cancel the order. Should this ever occur, you will be informed at once, and your payment credited in full to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
6. Orders & Confirmation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase; the contract is formed when Diamora confirms your order and payment is received. From that moment, crafting begins on a piece that is already yours and for this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed, as set out in our Cancellation & Exchange Policy.
Diamora may decline or cancel an order where fraud is suspected, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, or where we are unable to verify the details provided; in every such case, any amount received is refunded in full.
7. Crafting, Dispatch & Delivery
Every Diamora creation is custom-made specifically for you, and true craftsmanship cannot be hurried. Crafting timelines, dispatch, in-transit protection, and delivery are governed by our Shipping, Delivery, and Exchange Policy. In brief: your piece stands under Diamora's own guarantee until the moment it leaves our atelier; from dispatch until it reaches your hands, it travels under the in-transit insurance of our secure logistics partners; and title passes to you upon delivery against payment received in full.
8. Replacements & Refunds
Diamora does not operate a returns or refunds programme. Should a piece ever reach you in less than perfect condition, an identical replacement will be crafted for you under the terms of our Cancellation & Exchange Policy including the 7-day notification window and the unboxing record that protects your claim. Monetary refunds arise only in the two circumstances set out in that Policy: where replacement of a verified defective, damaged, or incorrect delivery is not reasonably possible, and in cases of payment error.
9. Lifetime Care & Repair
A Diamora creation is accompanied for life. For as long as you own your piece, the following services are yours:
- Professional cleaning and inspection, so that your piece always presents as it did the day it reached you.
- Repair of matters of craftsmanship settings, clasps, finishing, and the integrity of the work of our own hands provided with our compliments.
- Restoration after loss or damage. Where a piece has suffered loss of a stone, accidental damage, or the intervention of a third party, restoration remains available to you; these are the only instances in which charges arise, and a full estimate is provided for your approval before any work begins.
Lifetime Care & Repair extends to the original purchaser and is exercised upon presentation of your invoice or Certificate of Authenticity. Collection and redelivery for care services are arranged through our Client Concierge; where a piece travels to our atelier, it does so under the same secure logistics and in-transit carrier insurance described in our Shipping, Delivery, and Exchange Policy.
This service is a courtesy of the house and does not limit, and is in addition to, your rights under applicable law.
10. Personalisation
Engraving and personalisation are offered as part of the Diamora experience. Personalised details are crafted exactly as you provide them we therefore ask that you review spellings, dates, and characters with care before confirming your order.
11. Your Account & Conduct
Where you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Website lawfully, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse any content or service offered through it.
12. Intellectual Property
Every element of the Diamora world, our designs, creations, name, marks, photography, copy, and the Website itself is the intellectual property of Diamora Jewelers or its licensors. Nothing may be reproduced, copied, adapted, or commercially exploited without our prior written consent. Our designs are original works, and we protect them accordingly.
13. Privacy
Your personal information is handled with the same discretion as everything else we do for you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law, and nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Diamora's aggregate liability arising from or in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and Diamora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural calamity, governmental action, or disruption of transport and communication networks.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Diamora against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Website, except to the extent caused by Diamora.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, and every purchase from Diamora, are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the consumer commission of appropriate jurisdiction, the courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
17. General
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Cancellation & Exchange Policy, the Shipping, Delivery, and Exchange Policy, and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Diamora.
- Modifications. Diamora may refine these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, bearing its "Last Updated" date, applies to your order as at the date of purchase.
